From uclaasia@aol.com: was a tenant there for 2 years. Nice and cozy building. Generally quiet building and very conveniently located. Tough to find parking outside though. Plenty of indoor parking.
Rents are too high and cant afford to live there anymore, but it was very nice to live there.
