From -Anonymous-: Stayed there for a couple of years (2003-2005). Apartment looks old from the outside, but the interior is actually quite nice and very clean. Manager (Clarence) is such a nice guy, very considerate and gets everything done promptly. Security was never a problem. Good tenant mix.
