Painting is all one color, everything gets painted, hinges, fixtures. New carpet was installed without sweeping the floor first, so all the debris from removing the old carpet can be felt ... From how-it-was: In over two years they have never been secure!
Walk in gate has never worked!
They only gate the parking lot ﾀﾦ and that is a hazard!
You have to have a remote to open the gate even just to get out!
I would hate to see an emergency evacuation!
