2. Management changes. I experienced 3 changes in 6 months.

3. Maintenance. I had a closet that was broke and it took 3 months to have replaced.

4. Dry Steamroom has terrible showers and smells

Cons: Aparments need soundproofing on windows and in walls; too much noise can be heard from Safeway, street, and neighbors above due to very poor sound proofing. (Not Recommending)
