From -Anonymous-: Plusses: great location, reasonable rent (downright bargain on lower floors), solid construction, secure parking at reasonable rate, nice and underused indoor pool, efficient office staff (some very nice, some just efficient *lol*), quiet tenants, VERY pet friendly, good in-building storage.

Biggest downside: on-street parking
