hardwood floors

lots of closet space

reasonably quiet location.

rent includes gas heat/cooking

kitchen was remodeled before I moved in

some apartments are right across from beach

rent did not increase much from year to year, unlike other places where I've lived

no hidden fees (pool charge, etc.)

negative:

needs more laundry facilities!-I go to an independant laundromat
