Most neighbors are friendly
Nice and helpful office staff

From bahaha: I lived in Hillside for about 2 years. I found the place pretty affordable compared to what else there is on the market near Vernon. Manchester is very pricy, and the closer you go to Storrs the worse the places get. Hillside Terrace is a nice in between.
