From -Anonymous-: Does not give proper notice upon inspection. Parking is horrible. Takes several months to repair roofs/ceilings, plumbing problems have never been fixed. This aparment is too small for the price. Ants come out of the electrical sockets, and cracks in the floor. Poorly repainted, has hair in the dried paint.
