From John95: Overall construction is decent. I couldn´t hear anyone, nor hear my feet re-verbing through the floor. Built from Tunnel-form construction, so it is solid concrete.

Carpet is standard plush with a standard apartment grade pad.

Screened portch is a bit of a bummer, but I can deal with it.
