I lived in Club Caribe(Village Apartments) from 2004-present, I'm renting.

This place is super nice to rent. Far better than all the garbage out there.
The Pros:
quiet
plenty of parking space
management very good
extremelly private setting
gorgeous pool with fountain
luxurious clubhouse
okay playground
