Pros:
-Private courtyards
-Apartments are furnished with very nice, high quality fixtures such as bathroom lights, ceiling fans, etc.
-Unobtrusive management.
-Pool.
-Quiet, no undergrad parties, far enough away from campus to be quiet, close enough to be convenient.
