From -Anonymous-: As of September 2004, Hurricane Frances has destroyed these buildings. The roofs disintegrated, water flowed through my 2nd story apt for more than TWO days. Entire buildings water-logged for 3 weeks now. Mold present everywhere in dangerous amounts forcing masks for mouths.
