From -Anonymous-: Horrible, dangerous neighborhood. I constantly watched people get robbed for their shoes and wallets. The "security alarms" are very easy to shut off without a code, just flip the clearly marked "alarm" breaker switch, or kick out the wall plug conviently located right below the alarm.
