Dryers are often non functional in laundry

Have had a few window leaks (wood walls)

Structure lends itself to roaches, plan on buying some Combat traps every few months.

From cbintpa: Inexpensive rent yet very nice looking, well kept, extremely friendly office staff (they remember residents by first name!) and maintenance staff.

My unit had brand new carpet (yes I realize this is probably not the norm).

Water is about $30/month. Everything else is FINE, surprisedd to see the complaints here.
