From wpf7: 1. 2 years of non-working AC/heat in a brand new building/unit.
2. Ant problem.
3. No controls on residents bringing their dogs to your building to poop on your grass and sidewalks.
4. Constant construction equipment noise. Don't plan on sleeping past sunrise!
5. Completely inept and unresponsive management.
