From mrpotatohead: We lived here from August-April 2004-2005 and From August to April 2005-2006. We had minimul problems, but we did have some disgruntled neighbors that did not like the complex.

Pros:
Managers are nice and quick to act
Larger apartments than most newly built complexes
Floor plan is nice
Closer to BYU-I campus.
