From -Anonymous-: Woodlawn apartments offer a great bargain. They're small and adequate for students, singles, elderly, and two couples. Building is maintained well and it seems pretty secure.
Problem is walls are way too thin--you can hear your neighbors go to the bathroom (all of it). it's ridculous in that aspect.
