Parking isn't sufficate
Kids run around all the time unsupervised without a word from the management.
Hot water doesn't work.
Very little difference in taking a shower from a bath; still a pool of water.
Toliet didn't work when I moved it.
Mice when I moved in, management put a mouse trap.

Not peaceful at all. Neighbors are rowdy, big unruly kids, not enough parking, dirty laundry rooms, old ill maintained washers and dryers, management is arrogant.
Poor plumming, controlled heating, old air conditioners, old bathtubs and toilets.
