Fantastic Maintenance staff, very friendly
Beautiful apartments, some very small others quite nice and big

The tenants fluctuate quite a bit. Some years it feels like living in a nuthouse, but most of those tenants have found new homes.

So the rent is REALLY cheap for Boston. $645 for the heart of Boston!! The only people who pay more than that are rich anyways.
