From -Anonymous-: You get great amenities for the cost. probably the best around. But it comes at the cost of virtually no security. Controlled access parking lot gate breaks down almost monthly. Vehicle break-ins are rampant. Some residents seem "questionable". Front and rear doors become dislodged often.
