Deteriorating wooden privacy fences have been replaced with white plastic ones; plastic crown moulding has been added to the living room/dining area; and plastic adornments have been added to the outside of the doors. ... From -Anonymous-: Living at Kirkwood Manor Apartments was a non-stop hassle from day one. The 24-hour maintenance service is a joke, the staff is untruthful and the infrastructure of the apartments (wiring, ventilation, plumbing) is in very bad shape.
