The doormen can't be any nicer and they are extremely helpful. They will open the door for you sometimes too. They treat you really well.

Good square footage and beautiful views
Excellent Health club across the street.

Cons:
Electric heaters...bills go way too high in winters. These heaters don´t even work half the time.
