They fired the last maintenance guy. New guy is ok. I finally got my door painted, pretty quickly too.

From rentinfo: Apartments are run down. Not worth the cost of rent. Maintenance is very slow. The billing department (office) causes alot of problems, while we were there and after we left, couldn't get away from them.
