From dan@livingonthenet.com: GCV (aka the Cigar Factory) is the nicest rental property in Trenton. Rents go up to $1500 for the 2 BR units with deck. However, The management company doesn´t really take care of the building. In different hands the Cigar Factory could be a gem.
