Reasonably priced
If you live downstairs, you have a front yard!
Mngmnt is very relaxed about planting stuff, screen doors, lattice work, decorating...
Dogs allowed
Walking trails
attentive staff (for the most part)
Washer and Dryer!

Cons:
Bathrooms are the size of a small closet
While we´re on the subject of closets, HEllo??? They could´ve added a few more!
