With vinly flooring layer upon layer some of the doors don't close properly, thresholds are cheap and the nails are constanly coming up from them, the door casings and jambs have been caulked and painted so many times it looks ... From -Anonymous-: The good: The apartments are spacious which is a good thing. The apartments, or townhomes are the office calls it, are 1300 sq. ft. not including the square footage of the 2 car attached garage. Each is a two-level home with a private patio. Well priced.
