From upstater52: I've lived here part-time (my "real" house is upstate) for 5 years. I've found it generally very nice - the lobby make-over was well-done; love having a gym in the building; the laundry is clean and large; there's an on-site dry-cleaner. We have beautiful high-ceilings and parquest floors.
