Huge spacious apartments
Friendly maintenance guy (you have to go find him though to get anything fixed)
CHEAP
Close to Boomer Lake, tanning place, movie theater, WalMart, etc.

Disadvantages:

Poor management...they changed about 4 times during the 2 years I lived there...
Confusion with our lease and pricing
Dirty
