Good things:
*Lots of space for the money
*Neighbors are courteous
*Bus stops at Braums
*They spray for bugs every couple of months so thats not a problem

From apt303: I've enjoyed living at Wicklow. I've never had problems with parking and its one of the few places I could find where I could have a dog. They are honest about the contracts and good about paperwork.
