But in nearly 2 full years here&#44; noise was only a problem once (at 3:30 pm and the mgr had it resolved within 5 minutes!) and the sound insulation between apts is perfect&#44; the neighbors have been universally friendly&#44; I know of no safety/vandalism/theft issues at all&#44; ...
