The manager (Sadie Tate) is lazy. She sits in the office all day playing on her computer waiting for the phone to ring. She can't even change a light bulb.

Mine was entered at least 3 times without my knowledge and things are missing. Allso heard this from other tenants.
I got stuck for additional bogus cleaning charges.
They turned these charges to collections without even trying to contact me.

From mommdaddy: Maintenance never showed for any repairs. The manager actually had to make a motor for our shower fan, and it was less than acceptable. The fan is noisy and doesn't work.
