Rent is $726 including all Gas, for heat cooking and hot water, great deal.

They pay for gas heat that you can control, gas cooking, water, sewer and trash.

CONS:

They will not work with you and they are for profit only. Will be moving very soon, however they just donﾴt have any flexibility in time frame, even after never missing a payment.
