-Hardwood Floors in Good shape
-Lots of Closet Space
-Huge Bathroom/ Foyer
-Only 4 Apartments per wing (Privacy)
-Lovely Courtyard
-Quiet if off street.
-All Utilities Included
-Cats good, dogs not allowed
