From phillywoman: I lived here 2 years, most doorman are pretty friendly (I've had late late night conversations...)and so is the maintenance guy. I think he is overworked though, and some non-urgent stuff takes time to fix. The management however is another story, best to keep interaction with them to a minimum ...
