Very nice brick building, on quiet street. Great park across street. Love the neighborhood. Building manager is very personal and helpful. Building very quiet. Hardwood oak floors, decent closets, heat provided by landlord. Good laundry room.

Beautiful building.
Very large rooms.
Apartments have unique layouts and are not all unniform in design.

Mantaince men live on site and are efficiant and respond in a timely manor, but can be shady.
