Midtown Apartments: Nightmare (Not Recommending)

From philly04: In Midtown Apartments, Philadelphia Management reaches the pinnacle of their slum lordness. I lived in this building for a year and experiences one problem after another.

There are two elevators but only one works (the other is used as storage by the super) but with frequent breakdowns.

From -Anonymous-: Moved into the Midtown in February 2003. Have a spaceous 1 bedroom on the 11th floor with a beautiful view of South Philly. The bathroom had a new vanity put in, and was in overall good shape. The kitchen also had new appliances and was/is in good shape.
