From blkcare: I could not be more pleased with the building. I NEVER saw any mice but saw three roaches while during my year lease. My rent was $770 for a one bedroom. I hated to move out, but needed to save money for grad school. The super is nice and helpful.

Pros:
- pets of all kinds are allowed in the apts, including dogs
- location is fabulous, within walking distance of Carpenter Lane station, Weavers Way co-op, coffee shop, bookstore, etc.
