The manager is not friendly. The doorman sometimes forgot our shipping goods.
My own car was hit by the parking attendant.

The building and apartments are kept in *very* good condition.
Maintenance is very helpful.
You never need to turn on the heat on the top floor.

The Bad:

Most tenants do not speak english
Building manager is not very friendly. (Other staff is fine, though)
