maintainance person "Bill" is a nice person and always willing to help.

apartments are well-maintained; have never had a problem with appliances or appearance.

nice, manicured public lawn/garden area behind apartments.

within walking distance to several bus lines (61A, 61C, and 501 go to Oakland). easy to access from 376 parkway.
