I've had the following problems:
1.) Plumbing issues
2.) Mold
3.) Incompetent management and landlord
4.) half-assed repairs
5.) Loud neighbors(Mostly TVs and alarm clocks).

From KStiles: This place is a disaster. The apartments are expensive and very small. Maintenance is shoddy. You´ll use maintenance alot since the building is old. Mold is a huge problem for me. Hard to get rid of. Especially in humid summer months.
