Pros:
Each renter has their own lease
Four total bedrooms and bathrooms
Water and cable are included
Fairly new (1999)
Good parking
Pool, tennis courts, sand volleyball
No more deposits

Cons:
Cleaning and repair charges at moveout are costly
Strict no pet policy
No grills on patio
