Decent sized bathroom
Lots of parking
Near many bus routes (IF, 5, 338)
Easy access to HEB
Walking distance to Post Office
Walking distance to Walgreens, buses 1 and 7
Complex is generally quiet, because it's small
Office staff right on complex
