From F105Thud: Management shows favoritism towards it's own employee's by allowing them to park their derilict vehicles on the premises while tagging and towing tenents vehicles. Because of this, parking is a complete inconvenience and the amanger doesn't care.

1) Noisy: neighbors coming & going all hours, car & apt. door slamming, loud cars. Thin walls, bedrooms facing parking lot. Residents are inconsiderate (and/or drunk). You cannot keep windows open in Spring/Fall at night if you want to sleep. Sometimes you can't sleep w/them closed due.
