Kingswood Apartments: Was ok now it is going down hill a bit (Not Recommending)

From -Anonymous-: Suddenly we have loud neighbors who throw trash all over and let their dogs crap all over the small grassy area we do have. Two people have pitbulls. Yuck. One person hangs laundry on the banisters even though we have W/D on site. Looks pretty ghetto when they do it.
