2) Staff is friendly
3) Grounds are well maintained
4) Ample covered/gated parking

The bad:
1) Too many drunk college kids (good luck sleeping Thurs-Sat)
2) 3-4 blocks from hospital district = AMBULANCES 24/7.
3) 1/4 apartments face Interstate 30 (only a block away)
