Commonwealth Apartments: Good deal for the money (Recommending!)

From grnmonkey3: I lived here for 6 months during 2005. The manager Linda Hickey is rarely on grounds, but very helpful and quick to get someone to your apartment if you are in need of repairs.

The apartments are not amazing, but generally kept up in good shape--new capet, fresh paint, clean pool.

From belldandy: read the last review and it´s pretty much all true. however, rent has gone up to $400 a month but hey they pay water and gas.

Compared to other units in the same area
in that price range, the complex stacks up
pretty well.

My unit had brand new carpet and was
