3. Has garages, town homes, etc..
4. Management/staff are great.
5. All buildings newly painted (Aug 2006)

Cons:
1. Entry gate doesn't work often enough.
2. Walls are thin, can hear TV noise, animals, walking, not conversations.
3. Single paned windows.
