From memo690@yahoo.com: Appearance: Total Grounds unkept, unclean, and dumpsters not dumped regularly. No grass around tenant units. Non handicap accessible.
Continual standing water (rain and/or sewer)in low parking areas.

Maintenance: Absolutely not professional and not easily obtained. Example: A/C filters require 3-4 months wait time. "?" Manager´s claim 24 hour maintenance....NOT.
