Huge kitchen.

Attached garage a plus.

Staff was good in 2002.

Pretty quiet place!

Cons:

Lots of bugs. I used to spray for them every few months.

I recommend an upstairs apartment. Downstairs is noisy from footsteps above.

If I returned to Dallas, this is the first place I would look at.
