Pros:

Great location.

Attached garages are a big plus.

Clean pool.

Staff was very good until 2001. The then-new assistant manager was nasty.

Apartment layout very good.

Attractive setting.

Huge kitchen. Appliances worked very well.

Maintenance crew was accomodating and proficient. They never entered without proper notice.

Cons:
